I just like to say-mr.JIM HOVEY and MR.PETE RUBACKY,andMR.DOUGLAS NESTER,i don,t know you guys,but if you read this and do nothing about it,then i can see why you have complaints against your company.i perchased qell over $2,000.00 dollars worth of merchandise and all i ask for was a simple receipt showing how much money i still owe so i could give it to my church,sense i don,t have a printer or copier with my laptop.but they refused to send it to me

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
