I ordered a Gibson Les Paul from the AMS website and paid for rush shipping. A few days later when I called about the status of the order, I was told that the item was on back-order!

They thought it might arrive in 2-3 weeks but really didn't know. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were only a call center and the only supervisor was the call center shift supervisor (who was NO help whatsoever). I asked when the order was placed with Gibson and they didn't know.

I asked to speak to someone who did know and was told that they have no access to anyone outside the call center - including the buyers -- no phone #s, no email addresses, nothing. WHAT A SCAM - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
