I ordered a Peavey footswitch with LED lights. The one I received did not have lights. Returned the Item unused and still in original package.

They have had the item back for 2 weeks and still haven't issued a refund.

When I call they tell me they are checking on it and will let me know. Nothing happens. I've called, I've emailed, I've live chatted.

Will never purchase from them again and will never let someone I know purchase from them again, if I can help it.

Can't believe they would do this over a $30 item. I guess they will have to take what comes around when it does.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
