I placed an order for a guitar case in April. Was told at that time I should receive my item in 5-7 business days.

2 weeks pass and I check status on-line and see it's back ordered. I call and am told I would receive case on next shipment. This occurred several times and it's now August and still no case in hand and the story from American Musical Supply is the same "Yours will be in the next shipment". I guess eventually this will be true if they say it enough.

I will stick with Musician's friend for all future purchases. American Musical Supply had poor customer serivce and didn't follow through on their obligation to me.
